Using WunderGuide

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the WunderGuide mobile or web apps (the “Service”) provided by JNSQ Labs Holdings LLC dba WunderGuide (“JNSQ,” “we,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, hate speech, or unlawful content.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s source code.
  • Use automated scripts to collect data or interact with the Service without permission.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

  • All text, graphics, UI, trademarks, and code in WunderGuide are owned by JNSQ or its licensors.
  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • User-generated content remains yours, but you grant JNSQ a worldwide license to display and process it in connection with the Service.

5. In-App Purchases & Payments

WunderGuide offers in-app purchases that allow you to use voice-guided features. All mobile in-app purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store or by Google via Google Play.

6. Subscriptions

We do not currently offer auto-renewing subscriptions. If we introduce subscriptions later, additional terms will apply.

7. Third-Party Links & Data

The Service may pull data from external APIs. We do not endorse or control third-party content and are not liable for your reliance on it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, JNSQ disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNSQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed US $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JNSQ from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Sections 4–10 survive termination.

12. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the City & County of Honolulu, Hawaii.
